I'm no expert on VFT culture (Lord knows-I can't even spell "VFT" right).
The plant got full morning sun till 11:30am each day and bright, diffuse
light in the afternoon. I dont think it was light-starved. Plants without
enough light develop broad, short leaves with small traps on the ends, or so
I thought. Maybe I'm wrong about that. This one was definitely producing the
summer leaves you hear about and quite a few of them. It was just a plant I
got for $5 in a nursery store. I repotted it into fresh sphagnum moss stood
it in a little saucer of tap water on the window sill. Seemed to do just fine.
