>They (D. brevifolia) are from north of Charleston, South Carolina onlong
route 17. Tom is that the right road?
I know that D. brevifolia can be found north of Charleston on highway 78,
just outside Summerville. Being from Summerville and still visiting
relatives occassionally, I was out there this past summer looking for
HABITAT. I tried to find a stand of Sarracinia flava that I ran across as a
child. I found the area but no Sarr. But, while sticking my nose close to
ground, I found D. brevifolia, tiny little things hiding among the grass. I
was pleased to no end.
