Sarracenia hibernation

To revisit a well worn subject, I have yet another question to ask
regarding the winter treatment of S. p. purpurea. I grow mine
indoors (one of the downfalls of living in an appartment) and don't
have access to an outdoors area.
My problem is that they are exposed to a natural photoperiod, but
they are kept at 20-25C. I'm sure the shorter days are "telling" the
plants that winter's coming, but the temperature stays constant. Can
I just fire them into the fridge, or will the drastic temperature
change do them in? Also, do I cut off some of the traps? All of
them? I was planning to put the plants in a ziplock bag with damp(not wet)
live sphagnum moss.
If anyone has experiences they can pass along, it would be much
appreciated, both by me and my environmentally confused plants.
