I grew D. salina about five years ago. But this plant is a lot smaller and
mine NEVER grew to eight inches tall. Even Lowrie states that D. salina
reaches about 5cm (Carnivorous Plants of Australia, vol.1, p.96).

What colors were the tubers? This sometimes helps in determing the species.
