Subject: Tissue culture help needed

Hello All,
I am having a great time tissue culturing plants and would like some
advice if someone can help me. I would like to know about others
experiences with preparing plant materials and also mediums. As of now I
have Dionaea, Drosera, Pinguicula, and non-cp's invitro but I know I could
be doing better.
