Accepted practice for academic papers - they are published for the
benefit of science rather than personal enrichment (and this one's
out of copyright anyway.)
Also if memory serves me right there is a full copy of DANSER on the
CP database - I can't remember the URL offhand, but you should be
able to find it linked from most of the Nepenthes entries in the
database (certainly N.alata)
