Hi Robert,
This sound like two possible problems I can think of. 1) it's
cool in the winter and so your lowland hybrid doesn't feel like
pitchering. 2) there is trouble with the roots. I can't really be
anymore helpful without looking at the plant... 3) it's not
really a problem, but sometimes plants will stop pitcher instead
of growing upper pitchers so that's a possibly too. When you cut
them back a little, they snap out of it. <-= not an April Fool's Joke.
