Dear Fellow CP'ers,
Yesterday, two guidebooks on Singapore flora and
fauna were published:
"Guide to Stick and Leaf Insects of Singapore" &
"Guide to Carnivorous Plants in Singapore".
The CP book has information on the native
pitcher plants Nepenthes (gracilis, ampullaria,
rafflesiana, and the hybrids hookerana,
trichocarpa, dominii/intermedia); native
bladderworts Utricularia (aurea, gibba, caerulea,
bifida, minutissima); pitcher plant ecology
(predators, prey, nematodes and arthropods,
chordate).
