Subject:       importing seed

Dear list,

Does anyone know if importing seed into Canada requires CITES or
Phytosanitary cetificates. Some sellers are willing to give me some
Heliamphora and Nepenthes seed but I don't know the import
regulations. Also, do I need CITES to import Heliamphora seedlings
from the States.
