Hi Jamie
Your VFT is dying, why ?
Without any description of his death, nobody could help you (or, if someone
can, he should be the CP wizard of the century !)
To all
This friday started the exhibition of CPs in Gent, Belgium, K. Ledeganckstraat
35. It will end on 25 may.
For little CP enthousiasts they are a lot of plants to see ; everyone who has
a big collection owns these plants. Although a good presentation of the
different genera, the not-common plants are not labelled, so it doesn't offer
all the interest it should.
Plants I remember :
Catopsis berteronia
Brocchinia reducta
Ibicella lutea
Heliamphora minor, nutans
Pings vulgaris, moranensis, rotundifolia....
Utrics : vulgaris (in aquarium and pond), reniformis (with its beautiful
flower), livida....
Drosera binata and multifida, capensis, aliciae, about 15 pigmy species, 3
tuberous (mensiezii - really nice ! -, stricticaulis and another...) and a few
other Australian species (adelae,...)
'All' the sarracenia forms (the 8 varieties and some hybrids like the
catesbaei)...
Byblis liniflora and gigantea
Wonderful by their size, Darlingtonia
Cephalotus
Different forms of VFTs
A greenhouse in the greenhouse, with various Neps
I didn't see any aldrovanda
Big hello to all
