Subject: HELP

I recently purchased some seeds, and need to know the best way to get
U. Subulata (did I spell that right?) to germinate. Also, should I
use superthrive to help speed germination of U. and other CP? Please
somebody respond asap, I'm not sure of the shelf life of these seeds.
