Get a very fine hair brush and once a day or so, brush it over the stamen
(the outer ring of parts with pollen on) and the stigma (the central spike)
on as many flowers as are open at a time. Precise times for optimising
pollenation are difficult but this way gives you the best chance of
transfering pollen at the right time.
