I don't understand by what you mean when you say carnivorous plants are
basic? Do you mean CPs produce a basic solution? You have suggested using
baking soda (solution) and also apple vinegar, but both are at different
ends of the pH scale. What benefit should we expect from these treatments,
and what exactly is your reasoning?
