Yes, cut the flowers of D.capensis off before they go to seed. You
can let some buds flower so you can enjoy them if you're there while
open. But before the ovaries start dropping their payload, cut off
the stem and then you'll only have to worry about the D.capensis roots
invading near by pots. :)
