Subject:       VFT feeding

Dear list,

I have seen some questions concerning feeding VFT. I feed my VFT with
ants, spiders, and flies. I often find that it is necessary to remove
the wings and legs off of flies and ants and then triggering the
traps with a tooth pick.

P.S. make sure that the insect is small compared to the trap as trap
rot may result from large prey.
