I called Kandid Litho about this and Tom said he will check into
this. He also faxed me the USPS form that was filled out when bulk mail is
delivered to the PO. It was dated 03 April 1998. I have also received 1
CPN back due to insufficient address from Chicago and a change of address
card from the USPS in Florida (processed 4/11/98). This indicates that
some of the issues are in the system. I cannot explain the delay. My test
copy has not arrived yet either. I will update everyone as I get more
information. Lables are not the problem as they were stuck directly on
the envelope instead of a peel off base. If the issues are undeliverable
as addressed, they will be sent back to us. The envelopes should have
"Return & Forwarding Postage Guaranteed" imprinted on the front. The ball
is definitely in the USPS's court. Of course, I hope they haven't lost the
ball!
