Subject: Sand for CP Bogs

I bought some sand a while back and was planning on using it for my outdoor
bog. It says nothing about having salts or anything and it is probably the
closest thing to "gardner's sand" there is in this area. The following is
all the bags say:

EarthGro Play Sand: washed all natural sand.
-For Landscaping
-Great for Sandboxes
-Use at the Bottom of Terrariums
etc...

I wonder if it is safe to use this sand and what the optimum growing medium
would be for outdoor grown VFTs, Sarrs and Drosera. Thanks.
