Subject: Mutant S. minor flower

I know that vegetative apomixtis is fairly common with Dionaea ....
is it equally so for Sarracenia?

Have S. minor (from the southern-most Okeechobee Co. site
that Trent Meeks (I believe) mentioned recently on the list)
which sent up what I expected to be an abortive, late-season flower.

Instead, I find seven juvenile pitchers sprouting from the scape.

Common? I've photographed the phenomenon ... should I preserve it?
Should I plant it?
