 Jason,

I don't know if this will be employable by you but I had a similar dilemma
looking for
such fans and although I could have done the transformer wiring I happened
across a find. I work in a large computer service center and had tons of
used power supply fans to choose from but all were 220 volts or odd-ball
configurations... One day I was searching through some very old computers
and came across a discarded Apple computer (can't remember the model) that
had a 110 volt 2"x2" fan in it's power supply... Simply put I removed, added
a standard 3 prong plug and viola, a terrarium fan... I have this plugged
into my timer unit so when on blows cool air across the twin 2 fixture
fluorescence atop my terrarium... Helps regulate the heat nicely...

You may want to rummage through your local computer center's toss-outs...
I'm sure they won't mind but $2 bucks is worth it!

                                                                                ... Richard
