Subject: D. rotundofolia seed?

 Group,

I've now had over 5 of my D. rotundofolia's flower and I've read in CPotW
that rotundofolia is a self-pollinator... The flower's have now long bloomed
and what quick bloomer's they are!.. I think I caught most of a flower bloom
and it lasted all of about 3 hours from start to finish... If anyone
remembers I was asking about this and many of the responses stated this very
same feature... I'm wondering now, since most of the plants are very weak
from flowering, how exactly to know when to snip the fluorescence and cross
fingers for seed... All the flower pods are now very dark brown/black but
the flower stalk itself is still green/red in nature... I don't want to let
this go much longer or I'm going to lose plants (Not a real problem, one
mature rotunda has put out nearly 5-9 leaf cuttings already)... Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

  Thanks Again! ;)

  HAPPY GROWING..

BTW: To those who helped some time back with a very hot/humid terrarium
(Opening it up to more ambient temps/humidity), all my plants went through
some pretty intensive shock.. But all are now starting to respond VERY
nicely to the change I think they needed quite some time ago... My N.
ampullaria, N. gracilis, & N. amp. x mirabilis are all pitchering quite well
with tremendous coloration!.. I have had some get "low temp" spotting but
all in all everything seems to be rebounding.. Keeping Fingers Crossed! ;)
