Don's permission will not be sufficient in this last case. There is a
clear NOGO from the ICNCP, because a _Sarracenia_ ' Don Schnell ' is
registered already. It is a variant of _S. oreophila. Since no
cultivar epithet may be used twice within a denomination class (our
denomination class here being the genus _Sarracenia_), the above
mentioned hybrid must receive another epithet. Sorry.
