Hi John,

        Mmm, worms tasty. Seriously, earthworms are high in protein, low
in fat. As long as they don't come from a contaminated area, your neps
will love them. Of course, if you feed too much, the pitcher will get
indigestion and turn black. Not a big deal, as they always produce more,
especially N.alata!

        Make sure to get those worms before the birds do ;)
