Dear Pinguiculogists,

I have now received the "impossible" text mentioned some time ago,
from the British Library (not really cheap and/or fast but effective,
indeed).

_Pinguicula auricolor_ is a synonym of _P. alpina_. This is not much
of a thrill but I hate questionmarks in the cp database, and the
preceding statement eliminates one of them (see next update for more
details).

Thanks for all your help, especially to the colleagues in
Switzerland, France and Britain.
