Subject: CEPHALOTUS

I am having a problem with a white "mold" or "fungus" on the top of the soil
around my Cephalotus plants. Does this sound familiar to anyone? If so, I
need a suggestion on how to rid my soil of this. I have removed it but it
just comes back!
