I've found that stratification is a very good method (not the only one, of
course) of germinating D. arcturi: put them in the fridge in a humid
environment for a few months, then sow them on wet peat (or even on wet
silica sand) in a sunny and warm place (about 20 deg. C): I've obtained a
good germination percentage this year.
