I personally grow most Sarracenia, D. capensis, Flytraps, Tropical
butterworts, N. sanguinea , N. alata and N. maxima hybrids all like ordinary
houseplants. They simply receive lots of sun and are kept moist. I live in
Western Oregon, and the indoor humidity is usually low.

I personally am not a big fan of terrariums except for true tropicals. Too
many beginners fail using terrariums due to inadequate light, and hence
propagate the myth of CP being too difficult to grow.
