I suffered very heavy losses this year due to racoons. The only success I've
seen has been in surrounding collections with electric fence. Cayenne pepper
and hot pepper wax seems to work to a point, but is very unsightly if used in
powder form.

Coons almost make me nostalgic for leghold traps.
