I've never had problems mixing a small number of CPs including Neps with my
3 cats, although I have found that cats' tastes differ. One cat eats his
oat grass enthusiastically. He's a small problem because he also will eat
ladyslipper orchids (Paphs, Cyps, Phrags, he's tried them all, but so far
no other orchids, and never a CP) when I let the oats run out.
The other two don't care for any vegetable but catnip. Knocking plants off
sunny windowsills is a much greater risk than predation.
Are you able to keep oats, barley, and wheat growing as a permanent indoor
crop, or just for about 2-3 weeks per batch like me?
