Subject: listserv will be down 12/17-12/18

Dear listproc subscribers.

We will be upgrading the computer that hosts the listproc for the
XECHINOPSIS, ICPS, CP, HARDYCACTI_ETC, WIND_TALK, and CACTI_ETC
discussion groups. It will be out of commission from the 6PM on 12/17
to sometime around noon on 12/18.

Messages arriving during that time may bounce and will need to be
re-sent. There may also be a gap in the normal digest delivery.
