Hi Dwight,

In addition to increasing sunlight, check your
moisture levels and humidity. Be certain that you are
not letting the plants dry too much between waterings.
 These plants grow on savanahs which have a high water
table. They don't seem to enjoy growing in mushy
soil; the surface sand is dry, and the soil beneath is
constantly damp. Also, low humidity will have a
negative effect on the leaf structure and mechanics.
One last thing, if the leaves have trapped three or
more times the leaves may have just outlived their
usefulness! New traps will sprout to replace the ones
that have worn out.
