How long do the seeds need to dry before I sow them?

I assume from your email address that you're in New Jersey; do you
happen to grow your plants outside year-round? I'm pretty sure my D.
intermedia & Sarracenia will be fine, but I'm wondering if D.
filiformis tracyii can take the Winter up here.
