Subject: OFE Orchids Warning

Hi,

I just wanted to let you know about my recent transaction with OFE Orchids.
I placed an order with them, and it arrived with no problems. A week later,
another package arrived from OFE Orchids, which was an exact duplicate of my
previous order. When I contacted OFE Orchids on this, they admitted their
error, and said they would
reverse the charges on my credit card immediately and would send Federal
Express back to return the package at their cost. A week goes by and nothing
has happened. I call them again, and they said they will send Federal
Express to pick up the package. Another week goes by and still nothing
happens. The charge on my credit card has not been reversed. No one has
been sent to pick up the package. I now have to write to my credit card
company to remove the charge that I did not make. The package is still
ready to be picked up if OFE Orchids ever decide they want it back.

This is my first transaction with OFE Orchids, and probably my last.
Has anyone else have a similar experience with this company?
