I have some seeds sitting right now waiting to germinate (hope
hope). I sowed them on damp peat and they've been sitting
outside for the past few weeks. About the only advice I can
offer is, don't give up. They may take a while to germinate.
As long as you have space to keep them around, do so. Also keep
an eye out for fungus. You should be able to treat the seeds
with a benomyl solution. Some growers probably even do this
pre-emptively.

Lucky you!
