ICPS MEETING VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Thursday, May 15:  
    8:30 pm-10:00 pm   3 volunteers to help with welcome buffet cleanup

Friday, Saturday, Sunday May 16-18:
    7:00 am - 8:30 am  2 volunteers needed to oversee coffee, donuts, etc.

    8:30 am - noon     Need 1-2 volunteers for registration table
    1:00 pm - 4:00      

    8:30 am - noon     Projectionist
    1:00 pm - 4:00      

    8:30 am - noon     Supervisor for display/poster area (in room with 
    1:00 pm - 4:00     talks, so nothing missed.)
                 
    11:30  - 12:45     Need 2 volunteers to help distribute box lunches

    4:00pm - 6:00 pm   Supervisor for Plant sale area

Sunday, May 18
    6:00 am - 7:00 am  Need 1-2 volunteers for packing for field trip, etc.
