Hi Jason,
Try these things to save your hybrid Sarracenia.
1. Provide support for the pitchers. Insert an appropriate size
and length stick next the to pitchers and tie them to the stick for
support.
2. Make sure the rhizome is about half buried, half above ground.
3. Make sure it gets lots of full sun and that the media doesn't
dry out.
4. Once the pitchers have recovered (or it produces new ones) feed
the pitchers small bugs or put fish food flakes down the pitchers.
Some pitchers go into shock after transplanting and won't do much until
next spring; so, all may not be lost even though it looks terrible
right now.
