Subject: Late Sarracenia flowers

Greetings. I know that it is well into fall but something is happenning to
me that has never happened before. My sarracenia are putting up flowers
late in the season. A Minor X Psittacina already has a full bloom. A
Flava Ornata has a bud coming up and a Mitcheliana appears to have a
flower bud on the verge of popping up.

I put the mitcheliana in a coll dark place to try and induce dormancy
since its (potential) flower has not actually exposed itself yet. I am
wondering... should i just let it flower anyway?

The other two plants kind of caught me by surprise so I'm kind of letting
them go for now.

If you have experience or advice I'd sincerely appreciate your input.

high regards, eric kamakea
